Having roof leaking problem. Contacted Marc and with his Supervisor Mohammad came onsite to gives their professional advice as to what they will do. The roof specialist Pte Ltd gave a reasonable price quotation. Another Supervisor Farid β¦ More and their team did a very good job. They also did the back wall waterproofing and painting. Very happy with the roofing service provided by the Roofing Specialist! I have contacted at least 3 different roofing companies to fix my HDB Maisonette roof. Some companies either didnβt reply my messages or gave a quotation that is twice β¦ More of what Roofing Specialist quoted me. As mine was a HDB Maisonette roof, Iβd reckoned that not many companies would want to take on my request to clean, paint and block off a section of my roof. Moreover, I couldnβt find any information online on people who have similar requests as mine.
However, Marc from Roofing Specialists was the only one who was very responsive, gave reasonable quotation and followed through the request. The workers from Roofing Specialists were also more experienced compared to other companies who came for site visiting based on my conversations with them.
Now, my roof is clean and most importantly, the hole underneath the roof where pigeons like to hide and pooped in has been blocked off! Iβd recommend roofing specialist to anyone who wants to fix their roof issues! -
I'd highly recommend The Roofing Specialist for anyone needing their roofs done! - There was a major storm that damaged the polycarbonate roofing in my airwell and rain started gushing into my home. I immediately started sourcing for β¦ More roofers and sent out many quotations.
Within 2 hours, Marc was at my home, quoted a fair price compared to 5 other contractors and scaffolding was up quickly within hours while the rains continued. His team sealed the roof to keep the on going rain out and took time to source the right polycarbonate panels that I needed. The installation done on the new roof looked very professional and clean. Very happy about that as well as have peace of mind with the warranty they gave.
Besides that, he also helped to write an assessment report for my insurance and was very communicative, offering sound advice as well as a solid team. Very glad I went with him. Overall I'd definitely use The Roofing Specialist again for my roofing needs! Highly recommended! -
I am so thankful to find The Roof Specialist (TRS) through Google maps like some of the Google reviewers. For my case, I had suspected the previous contractor did a shoddy work as that contractor came a few times during the 3-year warranty β¦ More period to perfunctorily fix my leaky roof around the skylight area e.g. by sending 1 worker up to my roof to seal the skylight panel for like 1 hour. However, root cause of the leak was not addressed so our ceiling around the skylight cracked and worsened during the 3 year warranty period. After the warranty period ended, we decided to look for another roof contractor.
During the March 2025 monsoon season, my husband and I decided to ask TRS to come for onsite inspection and propose a solution for our leaky roof. Marc, Ovid and another worker came. Ovid is a very experienced senior roofer / supervisor. The team proposed to change the skylight panel and re-do water proofing. TRS team is, of the view, that my metal roof panels are still ok and do not need to be changed. After talking to TRS team, we take comfort that they are experts in this field and have proposed a possible good solution so we did not ask for any other quotes. Subsequently, Marc provided a very reasonable quote and we decided to engage them. Marc provided the date of the roof work after 50% payment.
The roof works started on 7 April and the assignment was originally scheduled to take up to 1 week but the works were completed within 3 days as they brought in 1 more worker on the last day. They recommended changing to a sturdier and better quality sky light panel. They did water proofing works and also repair my interior ceiling on the third floor, and my car porch ceiling and side wall. Now my ceilings and wall look as good as new. The previous roof contractor did not even bother to repair my third floor ceiling.
I am very pleased with the work delivered by TRS. TRS team also confirmed my suspicion of shoddy work done previously.

I decided to get a quote from Roofing Specialists after seeing the excellent work they did on my neighbourβs roof. Marc responded to my enquiry very promptly, and the work started as planned without delay. His team was highly professional β¦ More and clearly knowledgeable in what they were doing. Marc also sent photos updating me the progress and work done which is much appreciated.
My roof tiles and lightning conductors are now securely fixed. The workers also patched external floor cracks, repaired loose tiles, and carried out painting works for all exterior areas, including the meter boxes. The paintwork is beautifully done.
I am very pleased and satisfied with the overall workmanship and service. Thank you Marc, Mohd & his team of excellent workers. Highly recommended for roofing, awning & painting works. -

We found the Roofing Specialist via Google search as we were faced with a leaking ceiling on the upper floor after the recent downpours. Marc and his team were fast to respond and very knowledgeable of their craft, identifying the issue β¦ More easily after a quick survey of the roof.
Their fares were transparent and fair and Marc wasnβt pushy with throwing in any extra works. After seeing how well the job was done we decided to enlist their aid for the remaining sections of the roof for good measure. The team was thorough and even accommodated some of our ad hoc requests along the way. Very satisfied with the final result. -

We are very impressed by the workers who came to fix our roof which has problems like wear and tear, resulting in water leakage. Very satisfied with the work done by The Roofing Specialist. They could immediately start work the next day after coming down to the site to view the change needed. The workmanship is good and the workers cleaned up each day of the work β¦ More place including the neighbours' area where they placed their equipment in the day. They were careful and meticulously covered up my backporch floor area where my washing machine and other belongings were when fixing the awning which provided protection as it did rain very heavily over one of the nights. There were also careful about not dirtying the neighbors' walls and ensured proper covers and protective boards were used. Overall, a good experience and highly recommend their roofing services. -

This is the third time I was using Marc and Company. He had earlier repaired a leak in a room and the roof on my front porch. This time it proved to be a bigger job. What started as a leak over another room soon extended to lashings on β¦ More our roof at LL the back of our house being replaced. Plus an extension cover was constructed over a window and our whole decorative window had to be re glued. Then the whole exterior had to be repainted. It took Marc and his team about 2 weeks and 2 days but everything was done very well and finished beautifully. His team was diligent, hardworking, pleasant and very professional throughout. It was a real pleasure working with Marc again!
