  Their fares were transparent and fair and Marc wasn’t pushy with throwing in any extra works. After seeing how well the job was done we decided to enlist their aid for the remaining sections of the roof for good measure. The team was thorough and even accommodated some of our ad hoc requests along the way. Very satisfied with the final result.

The main reasons that made me engage 'The Roofing Specialist' out of the few companies that quoted me was their quotation … More was the most transparent in listing very clearly the works that were to be done and it also stated that workmen injury compensation was borne by the company. The pricing is reasonable and comes with 5 year warranty. The 3 experienced workers were punctual every day and was led by Belayit. Their attitude was professional, respectful, and responsible with good teamwork. They took feedback seriously and acted upon them immediately with no question asked. Debris was disposed off site and they ensure that the place was properly cleaned and tidied at the end of each day. Most importantly, they not only delivered all that were promised, they even did extra works to fulfill customer satisfaction as the workers took pride in their work. I am also impressed that the company has safety measures in place for the workers.

  Marc was prompt and professional in answering all … More our questions on the reno options and materials used. He was flexible in accomodating peripheral works like awning general repairs to our ceiling ( water damaged) & painting.
  From submission of a detailed quotation, agreeing on start date, undertaking to complete in 3-4 wks subj to weather; all works as described were delivered to perfection and on time (3 weeks).
  We appreciated the constant progress updates, pre notice of inconvenience of materials coming on site, skipbin blocking neighbours entrance, all whilst still being able to stay in our house during reno.
  Overall their well organised and good communication made the whole experience pleasant and free of stress.
  Only comment would be to request for full thorough inspection of interior of roof; to determine if rafters need replacement or additional support, so there will be no surprises.

We replaced a car porch roof and took the opportunity to repaint the house as well as the roof while the scaffolding was up and it looks amazing. The team took a lot of care in cleaning, sanding and filling before painting I have super high standards and they met all of them. We had a big rainfall this weekend and we stayed beautifully dry.
